    My aim is for the monthly flat rate fee to cover the cost of my time and team while the revenue share is reflective of the impact of our coaching work together, a real partnership.

    The way I support my clients does, too.

    Your #1 responsibility as the CEO is to be able to properly diagnose which problem you need to prioritize RIGHT NOW, which problem is most beneficial to direct your resources to and put your energy on. I work with every single one of my clients to enforce a criteria or filter so they can discern where their focus should go for the most aligned growth or refinement.

    In short, actual coaching and advisory conversations can look entirely different from one client to the next. I don’t employ ONE strategy for each client, I tailor strategic advice to the client’s Owner’s Intent and Desired Outcome.

    • Yes, if you prefer not to use the revenue share model, there’s an option to pay a flat fee of $25,000 for the 6-month commitment.

    • You’ll report revenue received each month, not sales. Meaning, cash collected, not future-projected payments to be collected (i.e. on a payment plan).

    • Revenue share applies to all new revenue brought into the business, not just new revenue for one offer in the business. This includes revenue from the specific offer we're working on, as well as any other offers you sell during our time working together.

      The goal of our partnership is to support you in all aspects of your business. I look at the business holistically. It's almost impossible to only "work on" one offer. We're typically working on offers, messaging, content, business model, etc. and all of it fits together. We may be more focused on one specifically at the moment, but joining on the strategic advisory level is an invitation for my clients to see me as a support/resource for the entire business vs. just a small segment of it.

    • Yes, there is a monthly revenue share cap of $15,000. Meaning, your business earned $150,000, cash-collected, in one month! Anything above that is not shared. IMAGINE?! That would be pretty freaking exciting.

    • Clients who I see get the best results with 1:1 advisory are making $200k in annual revenue (at minimum) - upwards to $3M+ per year in annual revenue. If you are currently making less than $200k per year, but you’ve hit that or more in previous years (but something caused a dip) - I see a lot of room for growth and results there as well. If you’ve never hit $200k in annual revenue, it would be best to start by listening to my podcast or even reaching out to jereshia@jereshiahawk.com so you can book an intensive.

    • My client capacity is currently filled until 2025, and with a high client retention rate, spots don’t open up often. This is because I’m fully dedicated to providing each client with the personal attention and high-level support they need. So while you may need to wait a little longer, I promise the experience will be worth it.
